Public Diplomacy in the People's Interest

This is a fifteen-minute presentation, "The Power of Culture as a Diplomatic Tool," by Dr. Nancy Snow at the School of International Service, American University in Washington, DC.

The event, “Culture’s Purpose and the Work of Cultural Diplomacy,” also featured James Glassman, former U.S. Under Secretary for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs, Richard Kurin, Under Secretary for History, Art and Culture, Smithsonian Institution, Frank Hodsoll, and former Chair of the National Endowment for the Arts.
